Federal Reserve Plaza is an incomparable meeting place. Home to the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and top-tier tenant firms, the building is a Boston icon, with its unique façade and premier location on the waterfront. South Station, one of the city’s two major transportation hubs, is just steps away, with links to the MBTA, the commuter rail and Logan International Airport. With 25,000 square feet of meeting space boasting spectacular views of the city and Boston Harbor, we can accommodate meetings from 2 to 400. Our 24 meeting spaces range from our Conference Center to our 31st floor private dining rooms, our award-winning Roof Garden, and the Morris Auditorium, with its state of the art presentation technology. All meeting rooms offer wireless internet access at no charge. Most importantly, we have friendly and helpful staff to consult with you to create a successful and memorable event. Eligibility for Use of Space
Not-for-profit and for-profit groups may use Federal Reserve Plaza's facilities for educational, cultural, and community service purposes and to conduct corporate business meetings or events. Some non-profit groups may be granted meeting space during regular business hours at no charge, although audiovisual, security and other incremental costs will apply. Depository institutions, state member banks and bank holding companies are not eligible for use of the space, nor do we allow events that may compromise security, give the appearance of a conflict of interest, or disrupt normal business operations. Other prohibitions include political activities, fundraising, religious worship or any other activity Federal Reserve Plaza at its discretion determines to be unsuitable.
Event Packages
We do not offer standard event packages. All of our events are custom designed to suit your needs.

As a LEED-EB Gold Certified building, we encourage “green” meeting practices for all of our events.
A Secure Building
Federal Reserve Plaza is a secure building, protected by our Law Enforcement Unit (LEU). A government-issued ID is required for entry at all times. After hours events require LEU staffing, at current rates. Normal business hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm. We observe Federal Holidays.
