Federal Reserve Plaza

AN ICONIC BUILDING
Named The Office Building of the Year in 2009 by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Federal Reserve Plaza is an icon on the Boston skyline.  Long the anchor of the city's Financial District, the building features stunning views of Boston Harbor and overlooks the beautiful Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway.

ENERGY-SMART MANAGEMENT
With its dramatic "washboard" exterior, the building presaged energy-smart design, and our commitment to environmentally-friendly practices still drives us today.  In 2010, Federal Reserve Plaza received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings - Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

A VIBRANT COMMUNITY
Home to the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and prestigious tenant firms, offering top quality services and unparalleled amenities, Federal Reserve Plaza is more than simply a Class-A office tower.  With its easy access to South Station and Logan Airport, verdant gardens, a Fitness Center, 25,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a 400-seat auditorium, and a world-class modern art collection, it is unique, inside and out.  It is also an active community, where its inhabitants interact as colleagues and friends.
