At Federal Reserve Plaza, our goal is timely, high quality service, and we continually look for innovation, in everything we do. The Client Services Team is here to ensure your satisfaction with the full range of services Federal Reserve Plaza provides. With frequent communication (“What’s Happening,” The Cornerstone, website news and updates) and the ongoing interaction of tenant firm representatives with our Tenant Liaison and our shop teams, we partner with you to facilitate all of your needs.

Our tenant services rest on the foundation of maintaining a safe and healthy environment, but go well beyond building systems maintenance and operations. Our onsite craftsmen offer the convenience of a single provider for all of your maintenance needs. From green cleaning and building-wide recycling to exploring the potential of wind and solar energy sources, our facilities management team is committed to combining the highest quality service with innovations in energy efficiency and environmentally-friendly processes, as evidenced by our ENERGY STAR and LEED-EB Gold certification.
Dining & Catering
In-house dining options run the gamut from fine dining with sweeping ocean views in our Harborview Dining Room, to a full-service cafeteria menu at Café Six Hundred adjacent to the Roof Garden, to the convenient, on-the-go Atrium Café, and even 24/7 vending. You’ll also find Your-Health-Your-Way specialties, and vegan and vegetarian options, all provided by Sodexo. Delicious food in harmonious settings – bon appétit!
Full service catering is also available. For any in-office event, your special orders are just a click away with elegant presentations and timely delivery at Sodexo Online. Weekly milk and coffee delivery is just as easy. For your events, our Sodexo Catering Manager and our Chefs are happy to consult on custom menus and special arrangements.
We believe our building amenities are unparalleled by any other Class-A building in the city: 24/7 Fitness Center; 2 squash courts; underground parking; floral and plant services; free health and wellness events; educational and cultural programs; a world-class modern art collection; a research library; 25,000 sq.ft. of meeting space, with AV support available; and even a tunnel connecting us directly to South Station, the MBTA Red and Silver lines, and the commuter rail.
