Welcome to Planning Services, our online toolbox for meeting and event planners. Whether you are coordinating a meeting for 4 of your staff or hosting a reception for 400 guests, our Conference Services staff will guide you every step of the way, and all of the information you will need can be found on or accessed from this page.
At Federal Reserve Plaza, we don’t pre-package events into standard day and half-day plans, because we custom design every event to suit your objectives, and your budget. We provide a full range of services, including:

- Audio, video, and projection equipment
- Staffing support from expert audiovisual specialists
- Custom floral & room design services
- Presentation accessories
Jenna LaBissoniere, our Event Planner, will assist you throughout the planning of your meeting or event. Beginning with a tour of our varied meeting rooms and event spaces, Jenna will interact with our several service areas, coordinating your audiovisual needs, floral arrangements, materials delivery, even Law Enforcement staffing for after-hours events.
Our Catering Manager, Heather Cullen, will bring together our culinary team to create first class menus for your event, from basic coffee service to upscale luncheons, elegant dinners and outdoor receptions.
